This rental is attached to our home and guests have exclusive access to the pool. However there is visibility of the pool from inside our home and from golfers on the golf course (at a bit of a distance). Guests are therefore advised to maintain their personal level of tznius.

Some swimmers are comfortable with the water temperature in the winter months, but others might find it a little too cold.
Yes!
The pool is available 24 hours a day (except shabbos). There are lights that illuminate the pool as well as patio lights.

We are walking distance from several shuls, Including Ashkenaz, Sefardi, & Chabad shuls. The closest shuls are about an 8 minute walk, and most of the other shuls are between a 15-20 minute walk

There are multiple kosher supermarkets in hollywood as well as almost 25 kosher restaurants. Click here to see a list of establishments.

With Limitations
We offer a fleshing and milchig microwave. There is also a portable induction cooktop, and a fleshing crockpot available for use. There is no oven or burners.
We offer a full refund up to 7 days prior to your booked dates.
Cancelations less then 7 full days prior to booked dates a 50% refund is issued, and less than 24 prior no refunds are issued. Security deposits and cleaning fees are always refunded for cancelations.
